It would undoubtedly be Horen. In most accounts, he had poor leadership qualities and took most tribute for himself and his court while peasantry were often culled. He was only benevolent through divine right of the four brothers, but even with that was easily swayed by Iblees coercion. Even the ancient human language Flexio (Latin) has interesting qualities to it being known as the language of the Undead, but also the language of the Aengudaemons.
