I think the best way to see it is, considering everyone has a different view of what is possible and what isn't in a given scenario, pvp is had been made the end-all flip of the coin, so to speak.

I wouldn't dub them "thriving". Racial indiviualism can be kept, it's just one can allocate that to districts of a big city (Dwarven district of a particular city) or establish seperate territories (orcish tribal reserves set by a nation) within a particular nation. Multi-ethnic nations are fairly more realistic, more rp-creating with civil RP conflicts, and help support and crutch up smaller pop races like Mori, Kha, and Orcs.

I like the idea of the two smaller races, The Mori and The Kha, moving more into the four other races, for instance the Mori being recruited/joining up with the [insert Race Here.] after [insert Lore Here.] and then having the Kha built in as a slave/sub-race of sorts for the [insert Race Here.]. As for the four original races I think each should have a sort of political power or something to tell you where'd some people from Race A probably came from, maybe have Malinor integrate into li...

I do agree with Cracker, It's much better to let the RP flow, If a Nation such as The War Nation would fall, they would go to their allies, a leader would pop-up, and the nation might be created Multi-Racial. Most Empires if not all were Multi-Racial in Real-Life, It only makes sense.
