      Technically you can speak the language with more Elven language, but it would require players to learn a lot. You don't want to learn a language when it is not even used in real life (i guess).

      Your line of action is off, the pose is too flat. You should try practicing with some life drawing. Take a picture of yourself or an animal or look for one online and just draw outlines, this will give you a better grasp on 3d forms and allow you to make your drawings stick out more.
