From experience, I and others can safely say that whatever money we're getting (I don't know how much it is yet), it probably won't have any serious effects. Plus, think of this as an effort to help get LotC's name out there. Any small issues that might, but likely won't, come from this are worth the price.

It's Orcs because generally in High Fantasy, which this is, Orcs are the bad guys. Many people, not having read the lore well enough, just carry that over.
