The Festival of Embers is a two part festival, part one taking place on the First Seed [[Friday]] and part two taking place on the Grand Harvest [[Saturday]]. The festival is to celebrate the success that has come to Celia’nor since its  inception. The first elven day of the festival shall be a grand tournament with a two-thousand mina prize, and the second day of the festival is an evening of revelries. Merchants, mercenaries, and denizens of elvendom are invited to join in on the celebration and festivities, partaking in proving their strength and the enjoyment of the days. Guests are encouraged to wear colors of red, black, and gold to stay on theme!

I T I N E R A R Y

THE FIRST DAY TIMETABLE 

[[OOC FRIDAY  MAY 6TH STARTING AT 5 PM EST]]

 

TOURNAMENT OF FLAME - The tournament will consist in a bracket-style where the the prize pool is up to two-thousand mina Swords will be provided to the participants and it will take place in the Celia’nor Tournament Grounds. [[This tournament will be PVP based, consisting of a melee, archery and joust- winner of each wins 650 mina]]

 

CONCESSIONS - Throughout the tournament, there will be a variety of drinks being sold to eat and drink while watching the entertainment. At the concessions stand, there will be bets being placed after each round’s match-ups are revealed.

 

THE SECOND DAY TIMETABLE

DANCING OF EMBERS - To start off the festival, it will begin with a few words from the event hostess and High Princess Ivarielle. Then, a performance from fire dancers will occur to start off the revelry within the square around the bonfire.

 

BURNING BUSINESS - Throughout the festival there will be stalls available for merchants across Almaris to sell their wares to festival goers. A variety of shops will be available for all sorts of wares including enchantments, weapons, armor, street food, and more!

 

CINDERING CONTESTS - Along with the burning business, there will be a variety of games available for one to partake in and possibly win prizes. Darts, knife throwing, and the likes will be available to partake in.
