Listen. I'm getting really sick and weary of this rebellion. I'm tired of working with these coercive snakes in the upper echelon of Oren. Consider this my lament, of some sort. I've been with Oren since my unbanning back in Athera, and never have I seen such a gut-wrenching, corrupt, OOC led nation. It's high time, in my honest opinion, that Oren loses a war, and that the global moderation backs the rebellion heavily by OOC means. Let these Orenian pricks get a taste of their own medicine, because it is absolutely repulsive on how they operate. Today I had a headache because of multiple people screaming in Teamspeak, namely @iMattyz, antagonizing one another, kicking people, and going as far as banning them temporarily/permanently individuals that freely spoke their mind. I've had enough. I'm out. I quit.

well this is restructuring the staff, in simple terms we're moving to be more interconnected and organized.
the point is to have a central and focused leadership so that everyone's not doing their own thing, community gets mad at the entire staff when 2 or 3 folk do something stupid or don't do their job (in most cases), so it's time to get some ass in gear
there's a lot going on behind the scenes, but I figure it's important the community knows too the staff is getting some overhauls
