The plan wont help the elves very much, maybe 2 people will begin to RP again but about 10 will leave due to being nonstop, 'we are always being picked on because we are peaceful,' and all that crap. Wont help elves much but the Kha maybe. A lot of elves cant stand being beaten down all the time.
