At the very inception of the Principality of Celia’nor, it was founded on the ideas of the amelioration of the high elven people. Which is what has been strived for and achieved in ways beyond that was first imagined for the Celian people, each day improving upon the last. Ivarielle I had paved the way for this progress and established the standard in which above and beyond was achieved, from the ashes of ruin she had rebuilt more than anyone else had done in centuries. Strength, persistence, and refinement of what once was to create something new, something worthy of existing beyond herself, to survive beyond her leadership.

 

That very path set on by the Silver Phoenix herself was accomplished and carried on by Illarion Ibarellan who she entrusted to rule the people of Celia’nor in her absence. In his time as Lord Chancellor he has brought about an era of unification, bringing together the people of Celia’nor further, to bring in elves outside of the starlit realm and those who had similar situations as the Celian people. 

 

With this new era comes persistence and to evolve beyond the scope of the beginning, Ivarielle has been gone for many years and in that time we have lacked a royarch to truly guide the people as a royarch can.  From the foundations blossoming, Ivarielle will be immortalized as the Arch-Royarch of Celia’nor, forever our Arch-Princess to return eventually. Though in her continual absence, a Prince must be named, and so the coronation of Illarion Ibarellan shall take place this coming First Seed as he has proven himself worthy of the title Prince of Celianor.
