There was a vote held Wode and so we had to go farther than that.

GM's wanted for there to be a few built structures to begin, however the build team went far overboard. So as a result now its planning, but I think it would have been much more engaging if we had started off with little camps and whatnot. That way what the people built was by the people and for the people and you grew that sense of attachment. :)

Tnt is still there it's just insanely time consuming to make with a 2 day crafting time after making tons of gunpowder.

Blundermore's character isn't a snowflake char from what I've experienced. The dude has been around since aegis, rp's like a proper old man and rarely uses his magic. Dude is just like gandalf, you should fear his char when you see him! Let the man keep doin his thing, afterall he's never been br'd or anything for his magic, he's prolly the best magic caster out on lotc.

Ascended magic directly conflicts with the rest of his magic post-reforms, Oblivions.

Blundermore isn't a snowflake. He was probably one of the most respected characters at a time, and I've always enjoyed seeing him around. The fact that a bunch of mundane magic rules has neutered his character makes me sad deep inside...

Yes, but you /initiated pvp/. I'm not stupid; I know my chance of winning relies on getting to storm's crossing and hiding until I can be saved. It doesn't matter what I was doing beforehand in RP, PvP was declared.

Otherwise, I think GMs/FMs really dislike long argument statuses so I'm locking. If you would like to argue about this any further shoot me a forum PM.

But LotC isn't medieval Europe or whatever. We're LotC. And LotC talking is very dfiferent between everyone, so there is no right or wrong.

If it isn't criticized within the report then there should be a written guide for the server's idea of "okay" villain RP. I have a vague clue of what it is, but I feel like it's being withheld so that there doesn't need to be any real requisite to blacklist.

To be honest I'm certain whatever Jackster0 and trolol did to warrant the blacklist was certainly poor villain RP. But coming from someone who has been repeatedly threatened with reports, I feel like the seemingly arbitrary standard for villain RP is scary.
