No the Curses are still in affect and are Cannon Lore, I have been with LOTC since its 2nd month and I still know it the cannon lore for the curses by heart And I can recite it via voice well, sadly not through text xP

Racial curses are canon lore and must be RPed out, but in addition don't forget the Aengul's blessing's counterpart to the curse; Something a lot of new orcs are forgetting...that they have to be HONORABLE, and honor is what Orcs are supposed to value above all else, even strength.
