Tell me why then? It forces both emoters and PvPers to recognize each others' points. Emote fighting can take a long arsed time, esp. when someone is trying to PG and PvPers are forced to have to actually emote before their fight. If a emoter tries to meta-stall, he gets f*cked by the timer and desperate powergaming attempts can be BRed and due to the timer can even have a GM popped in to regulate. Badabing. All the b*tching and quarreling resolved.

Because it really bothers me when I see a character with the same cookie-cutter personality, the same hood and same daggers, and the same strange loadout of "special" characteristics that are really just cliché advantages.

I don't think every character that's mildly special is edgy, btw. (Most aren't.) If that makes it any better.

That's true yes, also, running away in MC without proper warning, does not mean PVP has started, it means you can die in MC. You can't fight back if you run away without warning. Also yes, "half or die" isn't enough rp to kill someone, nor can they use the "run away in MC" to kill you, because there hasn't been enough rp to "run away from rp"

The Imperial Legions are very active and do much more than guard roleplay. There's Legio I Ioannes and Legio II Hansetica at the moment. Legio I often does drills, patrols, training, recon missions, has a rigid chain of command, and a lot of military style things that other groups lack.
