@BrawmsI can understand your perspective on the lack of accepting the outcome by simply relocating - but again, I think a lot of details are being missed. The Vale lost their leadership through the subjugation and the community is much smaller than what it used to be. Fleeing their current tile also results in them losing their current home in a somewhat centralised location, and now having to spend ridiculous amounts of mina, time, and energy rebuilding. There is a lot of OOC and RP after-effects that aren't being dismissed simply because they relocated.

I also think that leaving the Server due to being subjugated is a bit worse than simply relocating, but I don't know the full OOC story or anything either. Simply a comment based on my limited perspective.

@AmayonnaiseBeing a refugee and going to somewhere else is not necesarily a bad consequence and Im not talking in refrence to any specific event cause I don't really play actively. I've just so rarely seen someone accept being forcefully vassalized that I think its ironic for people that spend so much time roleplaying and consider themselves serious rpers

Eh, I'm fine with it being difficult for elves to have children. But elves having difficult breeding wouldn't really mean that there couldn't be many elves. Since you know, elves would die at a much much slower rate than humans as a whole as well. Besides, once you consider how long an elven female is fertile, she can end up having like five or six children in her life time. 

Generally, a tier system is the best candidate for city building. Start with a junk shed and build it up from there, typically generates roleplay if done correctly. ONLY if done correctly though.
