@Narthok That wouldn't be a solution to people that log off, because even if those 3+ players remain and lose the raid they will lose the chests anyway, so they will just take the most that they can from their own chests into their inventories and then log off before the raid.

Or i could tell 4 friends of mine to go to an empty city so i can raid and steal the pixels of the citizens.

@Suxals the late night clause wherein you needed X number of people in a city to raid it has been removed as it was intended to prevent chest looting during off hours. As chest looting is not in the ruleset that rule is now unnecessary. That would've been a hilariously abusive exploit which I actually didn't think of at all tho. 

I'll give you casus beli to fight as a 3rd party and war-raid both factions, they will never expect it.

I do plan on putting up a feedback thread regarding how the team should follow through with bans. Busy this week due to tests but if I don't forget I'll write something up.

Kevin attempted to contact the GM, but found that the GM had blocked him after sending him the ban reason, even though there was a perfectly logical explanation which Kevin had.

@Jaeden when Kevin went to the GM who banned him after having to ask around as he wasn't made aware of who banned him all he got was the link to the Appeal Form, and then blocked. The GM didn't make any attempt to talk to him what so ever. I've seen the conversation and it was the most unprofessional, and disrespectful handling of a ban by a GM I've seen on this server personally; and I've been banned for Xray while chopping trees. These bans, as well as all the other major bans that have been happening should be of concern to most as this is a recurring thing that the community always speaks up about, the staff calm down, then new kids join the staff and go ******* berserk. 

The Fact that Kevins original ban was a PERMA ban for glitching past a gate to get to his own house, something none of the owners of the city had an issue with is very, very concerning and I think the GM responsible should lose their position as they have shown to be an extremist with ban times, unapproachable by players, rude, dismissive, and uncaring when a player tries to resolve an issue. I don't want a GM who I don't feel is here for the playerbase. 

Praise @SaltAlt . Mind I add, I was banned when I was online, right before the incident. The GM didnt contact me whatsoever, a pm like "what are you doing" before he made any quick and degenerate judgements.

I think that if someone cybers, it shouldn't be a perma ban. Sure, it's potentially placing us at risk for a law suit, but I highly doubt there is anyone out there that will go so far as to sue over some pixel sexy time. Not to mention that it would probably cost more to even put that law suit up than they could ever hope to receive from Tythus LTD. If cybering was a perma ban, I know a lot of people who did it when they were younger, would not be around today. And I don't think that's fair, even thought I think cybering is absolutely braindead and people who partake in it need to visit a therapist. 

Pugsying whilst fucked, should maybe be around a year or so for however many times you did it. Sure it's fucked, sure you may have repeated it. But the damage done is usually nothing more than a slight inconvenience.

Duping is something im usually pretty against, but after spending some time with a couple profilic dupers, ive found that they usually dont do it to **** the server, they just do it because if they dont, the other side will do it and they'll get absolutly roflstomped. not to mention most duping is usually assisted by GMs, but biased GMs is a whole other topic which i am sure we both have experienced to a very intense degree

I sent you a pm raomir. And it's not being discussed publicly because it's a one-on-one talk. No reason to make a big deal about it

Transparency is something LoTC needs alongside the ability for the player base to scrutinize the staff's actions who are after all only human and prone to mistakes like the rest of us. Someone needs to hold them accountable when these mistakes are made, and this is not possible when most of these bans/warnings etc are handled one on one in an attempt to not "make a big deal" as you put it. 

Regardless I have responded to your pm as I feel like you are genuinely curious as to why I said what I did how I did.

If you wish for transparency, I dont mind you sharing the conversation we had. Like you said, we all make mistakes. Staff are just players with pex and we can fess us to it when a decision wasn't the best one. It really doesn't deserve public ridicule- you're better off going to a team manager and saying "hey ____ gave me a warning point for ____ reason and I don't think it's warranted because _____. Could we talk about it?" Chances are they'll talk to the team member about it themselves and make sure they're moderating as they should be.
