Sky 0 Share Posted January 2, 2017 The month of December has been a gigantic turn of events for the team, undergone a large variety of changes be it from leadership and management, to members of the team both actors and builders, as well as documentation and everything revolving around the upkeep of said team. I am constantly on the look at to improve upon absolutely every aspect of the team, be it leadership style, documentation, and events itself. We have had a large turnout of events as of late, something I am more than happy to express to many people as it’s a proud moment. Many christmas themed events, many small-time events and a couple large event-lines given out to the players. We recently took on more members, and one of our own have been promoted to the position of general manager, as to alleviate the workload while takes on position as a Trial in the Game Moderator department. Please congratulate Luka_Shashavani in his position of manager, and read the message he would like to convey to the community; ‘I would like to start by expressing my utmost gratitude for having been granted the position of ET Manager. I would like to make this point that I am more than happy for anyone to add me in Skype to ask me questions in regards to anything of the event team, actions and decisions. Allow me to explain my mindset when it comes to the team! For one, I truly believe that everyone has a sense of good within them and wish to assist in the betterment of a service that they find enjoyment in because that is how I see it, I have chosen this server as my leisurely entertainment and as such, I wish to be involved in making it to the best that it can be. Thus, because of such, I am willing to give chances upon players, but do keep in mind that no decision goes through without the consolation of my managerial staff. To show that I am more than willing to explain all of my decisions and actions to anyone who is willing to take the time and contact me, I will explain my decisions upon the four names that get brought up to me as of late. Also, yes, before you ask I did message them for permission to post these publically, I mean I asked but I didn’t receive word, you think I am going to wait longer than five minutes to get my answers? You’re crazy, besides what they going to do about it! Gucko; In spite of the trigger words being thrown around in his name, most frequent being that he has abused his position and harassed others, the management believed he would prove to be an asset and through an in depth conversation, I became more than willing to bring him on and see how he does. To his credit, we have gained a wonderful builder and one that is not only actively putting himself into projects but one that I can rely upon within the team. Papi; From personal experiences I already knew of her joking behaviour, one that she frequently enjoyed to muck around and joke with people wherever she ran, something I don’t condone as appropriate one hundred percent of the time. However, through our interview and talks afterwards, she gave us her word that she will change and she proved true to that word, sure she has a joke now and then in Skype, or other places, but that is not my place to judge nor should you. Through her time in the team, she has changed completely and has given the players many great events, making the managers completely proud of her. Luv; We are more than aware of her past behaviour, we are more than aware of the disagreements that have been around her, but this is something we believe have changed due to the word of several people and since you cannot prove yourself without someone willing to give them a chance, we had decided to give her that chance. Just be aware that for now, all of her events are to be approved or denied by the management before they are undertaken, as a precaution for herself and us. Jaeden; Honestly, I don’t know why he is a manager, but Freema insisted. ******* Australians, criminals to this day, stealing positions from hard working American men and women, should just nuke the country anyway. Well that was if it existed, that’s right, Australia isn’t real and you know what, I dare you to disprove me. Now with all that said above, I hope to create an open and free dialogue for the community to feel able to come to me to ask, or simply talk, about anything.
